Due to the volatility of the trading card market and the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any TCG singles, sealed products, or blind boxes once the order has been processed and shipped.
Condition & Packaging: We pride ourselves on accurate condition grading and armor-level packaging. However, if there is a critical error on our end (e.g., you received the wrong item), please contact us at support@gengarcanada.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
